Arachnophobia

Arachnophobia is a comedy/horror that stars Jeff Daniels and John Goodman. In the
movie, a newly discovered Venezuelan spider is transported to the American town of Canaima by stowing away inside the coffin of one of its victims. It then mates with a house spider and produces a new race of deadly spiders, which begin killing Canaima's residents one by one.

    Haven't seen this one but I have lots of spiders living in my house so this one might make me very uncomfortable lol.

    Most comedy/horror films are flops, but I've always heard that this one is pretty good.

    When I was younger I had a pretty bad fear of spiders and seeing this movie scared me shitless. Judging it from a movie standpoint its not bad but the whole mutant spider thing was corny as hell.

    I was never scared of spiders at all untill I watched this film on release...to this day i'm freaked out by big spiders (Well the bigish ones we get here in the UK, not really big by anyone elses standards. Might have to re watch this to see if its still freaky or corny as hell?

    I was so scared of this when I was little. The scene with the spider in the lampshade makes me check every time. =(

    After seeing this movie when i was a young boy i was freaked out by spiders for the longest time but now it is the spiders that should be afraid of me!

    I hate people who wont watch this film because they are scared of spiders ( most of the females in my family!!!) i thought this film was amazing. been awhile sinse i last seen it but this inspired and jogged my memory to want to watch it again. thanks :)
